Tantara Lolita Red2017

The estate wine of the winery, named Lolita Red, is a blend of the 6-hectare Mateo Vineyard and the 2009 planted Ingeborg vineyard (Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Syrah, Carménère). All vineyard works, as well as the early September harvest and berry selection, was done by hand. After open tank fermentation, the wine was aged for 28 months in 60% American and 40% French oak barrels. A complex, tannin-balanced wine, its aroma profile is dominated by black berries, cinnamon, pomegranate and plum.
