Alexander Milov’s monumental creation is located in Vál. It was presented for the first time at the Burning Man Festival in 2015 and has enjoyed worldwide reputation since then. It arrived at our property on an adventurous journey in 2017.
The Love Sculpture is really special, not only because of its shape, but also because it’s located right in the middle of our plantations.
The statue is about 10 m high and 16 m wide so the sight is really memorable.
It depicts two adults formed of wires, a woman and a man sitting with their backs to each other. Inside two children “live” in them, facing and reaching out for each other.
Wires signify the conflict between women and men, while the children symbolize hugs, love, and strong feelings for one another.
A unique wine bar designed especially for this location can be found by the sculpture, where our visitors can recharge with seasonal drinks while admiring the special creation and the wonderful nature.
LOVE Festival is organized here twice a year, usually in the spring and fall to celebrate freedom, love, wine and good company together.
The statue can be visited free of charge at any time of day, but the opening hours of the wine bar vary seasonally.
Monday to Sunday from sunrise to sunset.
