PRIZE DRAW RULES
The Haraszthy Winery Ltd. the rules for participation and data management of the facebook game organised by the Facebook game are set out below.
Haraszthy Winery Ltd. (2091 Etyek, Vincellér utca 44, company registration number 07-09-028341, tax number: 11779098-2-07, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) organizes the game detailed in these Rules for Participation, Data Management and Game Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).
The game is organised by Haraszthy Winery Ltd.
This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook in any way.
The information provided by the participants will not be given to Facebook, only to Haraszthy Pincészet Kft. as the operator of its own Facebook page (https://www.instagram.com/cseppke_webshop/).
The Promoter will use the information provided solely for the purposes of the competition. The content of the competition is the sole responsibility of the Promoter.
Facebook shall have no liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes. Participation in the prize draw is subject to the conditions listed here.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions.
PROCESS OF THE GAME
The organiser is running a competition on its facebook profile(https://www.facebook.com/HaraszthyVineyards) from 2023. 3 August. Thursday (from the date of posting) 2023. 13 August. until 23:59 on Sunday. By entering, you agree to like and respond to the Sweepstakes post on Facebook at least until the date of the Draw and to answer the questions posed by the Promoter in the Sweepstakes announcement post.
Among the players who complete all the points during the call period in accordance with the entry requirements, we will draw 1 winner, who will win 2 Random trip concert tickets for the concert to be held on September 1 at the Haraszthy Amphitheatre.
The prizes are offered by Haraszthy Pincészet Kft.
The draw will take place under regular conditions, using the appropriate application or software 2023. 14 August.

The method of prize collection will be agreed directly with the Winner after contacting them.
