LOVE Rosé2023

Clear salmon colour with medium intensity. Candied cranberries, rosehip tea, strawberry jam and raspberry flower honey mingle in the medium-intensity nose. The flavour profile is dominated by some strawberry sweetness, raspberry and cranberry, but you also get some blood-orange and rhubarb freshness. This is not your typical acidity-driven rosé, it is lovelier and smoother, even with a wink at Provence. A very food-friendly rosé wine.
