Vibrant straw-yellow colour with golden hints. A concentrated, full-bodied white wine made of grapes of perfect maturity. Fantástico Chardonnay is rich and complex but also refined and elegant, offering honey, floral and vanilla aromas with roasted notes. The mouthfeel is complex supported by a vibrant acid backbone, displaying a wealth of fruit – the oak is definitely there, but it doesn’t overpower the wine, and the elevated alcohol is also organically integrated in the big picture.
