In appearance it’s clear, deep ruby red with garnet reflexes. The smell is light but clean. First we get paprika, then sugary plum and ripe fruit, after ventilation it opens to smells of cognac cherry with smoke, mushroom and forest floor notes. We can taste paprika, green bell pepper and plum jam. With it’s silky, integrated tannins the sip closes with a middle length aftertaste.
