Pale golden-colored sparkling wine. Since it is not made from organic grapes, we cannot call it PET-NAT, but the style is the same. It has a yeasty aroma, but as it opens, summer apple and citrus notes come out of the wine. On the palate the bubbles are good sized, and the perlage is also fine.
