Fantástico Chardonnay is rich and complex but also refined and elegant, offering honey, floral and vanilla aromas with roasted notes. The mouthfeel is complex supported by a vibrant acid backbone, displaying a wealth of fruit – the oak is definitely there, but it doesn’t overpower the wine, and the elevated alcohol is also organically integrated in the big picture. Clean, brilliant straw-yellow colour with medium intensity. Fresh, youthful nose with crunchy stone-fruits, white and yellow flower loveliness and a whisper of perfuminess. With some aeration you also get some honey and sun-kissed tropical fruits. On the palate it is lively, with a refreshing, crisp acidity. The peach, apricot and apple notes mirror those on the nose, supported by a great deal of lime and grapefruit citrusiness, which defines the length of the lively finish. A great blend of 3 varieties creating an easy-going, not overcomplicated, but very loveable white wine. -

A real speciality! Late-harvest zenit, fermented and matured in Tokaji oak barrels for 6 months. An intense wine with a golden, rich nose, dominated by notes of quince, pineapple and almond. It has a harmonious acidity, a long finish and a lively alcohol content.

Our wine is made from our chardonnay, gray barley, royal alder and zenit grapes grown on the slopes of Öreghegy. Every year we close the harvest with this area, so the aromas are based on dried peaches, raisins and nectar notes. A big-bodied, creamy wine with an intense finish. -
