Pale golden-colored sparkling wine. Since it is not made from organic grapes, we cannot call it PET-NAT, but the style is the same. It has a yeasty aroma, but as it opens, summer apple and citrus notes come out of the wine. On the palate the bubbles are good sized, and the perlage is also fine. An exciting drink to taste, it could even be a good alternative to a MT. -

A medium-intense golden sparkling wine. On the nose the aromas dominated by yeasty notes. It shows some peach, citrus, and stone fruit notes. It brings the PET-NAT style and notes both on the nose and on the palate. Dynamic acids, good perlage. Unique, exciting character. Well chilled, an excellent “terrace accessory”.
